Volunteers for the 2026 Project Nic Benefit Auction can serve in a variety of meaningful roles:

Event Setup & Takedown: Preparing the venue, staging auction items, arranging displays, and helping restore the space afterward.

Photography & Media Support: Capturing event moments, item displays, and the overall atmosphere for our website, social pages, and future promotions.

Organization & Logistics: Assisting with item check-in, tagging, packaging, inventory, bidder materials, and behind-the-scenes coordination.

Planning & Event Support: Helping with pre-event preparation, layout planning, auction flow, and day-of needs.

Community Outreach for Sponsor & Item Acquisition: Reaching out to businesses, churches, and community members to invite donations of auction items and corporate sponsorships.
