In our Taiwan shelter, we have created a space to help children who live in disadvantaged areas succeed in education and to give them exposure to the bigger world. Most of the children that we work with had never been outside of the village they live in until now. Below is a photo of some of the children visiting the beach for the first time. We currently have 34 children that attend this shelter.
